Step 1: Free Initial Consult
The process starts with filling out a Free Consult Request Form or emailing us at Info@DaDsewingHouse.com. The purpose of the initial consultation is to better understand your requirements and designs.
During the consult, we’ll collect any sketches, flats and tech packs you may have to help develop your concept or refine your existing designs.
We’ll also discuss any sourcing, if needed, at this time.
After the initial consult, we’ll provide a quote, project plan and timeline.
Step 2: Sourcing
Our goal is to source quality fabrics and notions efficiently through our domestic and international resources to fit the needs of your project(s).
Step 3: Pattern Making
We provide in-house pattern making to fulfill all design development needs and prepare you for production. We work from illustrations, flats or tech packs. Patterns are drafted and digitized through our CAD software.
Step 4: Sample Making
Our sample makers cut and sew your garments by hand. Once the samples are produced, you may take the samples for fitting/sample approval. Sample approval is required to proceed with production.
Step 5: Pre Production
Once the sample is approved, we can move into pre production. The next step is to submit a Purchase Order and Cut Ticket detailing order quantities for each color (if applicable), labels, packaging and delivery date.
Step 6: Pick Up
Clients are responsible for pick up and will be arranged between D.a.D Sewing House and the client.
